Lawn Care
The estate's expansive lawns were maintained to a high standard throughout each season: mowed, trimmed, fertilized, thatched, and aerated to keep the turf healthy, dense, and looking its best from every vantage point on the island.
Garden Maintenance
Garden beds were weeded, edged, fertilized, and mulched on a regular basis. Plant material was routinely inspected for health and vigour, with pruning and amendments made as needed to encourage optimal growth and keep every bed looking intentional and well composed.
Annual Spring Plantings
Each spring, we added something new to the gardens — a fresh planting here, a new variety there — to keep the landscape feeling alive and evolving without losing its established character.
Seasonal Planters
Custom seasonal planters were installed each spring and fall, with a special Thanksgiving display added to bring warmth and colour to the property heading into the autumn season.
Outdoor Structure Care
The boathouses and outdoor recreation structures were regularly inspected as part of our maintenance visits, ensuring everything remained in good condition and consistent with the overall standard of the property.
